Our personal injury practice (Bob Lyon, Bob Gorsky, Mark Gilbert, and Chris Livingston) encompasses a wide range of cases including automobile accidents, commercial trucking accidents, wrongful death, medical negligence and defective products resulting in monetary recoveries on behalf of our clients.

Partner Robert C. Lyon is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is active in the trial lawyers bar, including service as Past President of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and as a Director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
